1. PartiesThis contract is entered into between you and SAPA TRAVEL CO.,LTD, organized under Investment License N° 0101107969 on 26 July 2011, as further amended, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of the People's Committee of Laocai, with its principal place of business located at 018 Muong Hoa road, Sapa town, Laocai Province, Vietnam.

2. Provision of the servicesSAPA TRAVEL CO.,LTD agrees to supply to you part or all of the following services: accommodation, transportation, and packages tours.
3. RatesAll the rates given are decided by
SAPA TRAVEL CO.,LTD , and may be revised at anytime, upon
SAPA TRAVEL CO.,LTD s' decision, without any notice.
Room rates are for one room for one night (single or double occupancy), inclusive of Government Tax (VAT), Service charge & Breakfast.
4. Child policy
Accommodation: Free of charge up to two children under 6 years old, staying in the parents' or guardians' room and using the existing bedding.
Meals included on tours: Free of charge on food for children under 6 years old. 50% off on food for children between 6 years and 10 years old.
Packages Tours:- Children under 6 years old, sharing the same room as their parents and using the existing bedding: Free of charge for all the services
- Children from 6 to 10 years old, sharing the same room as their parents and using the existing bedding: 50% discount on all tour services (except for train ticket).
5. ReservationsYou can check room availability and make your booking by email. For peace of mind, you will receive by email a reservation confirmation, including the details of your reservation. It is recommended that you keep a copy of this reservation confirmation, preferably by printing the page. In the event that you have to modify or cancel your reservation, you might need the reservation confirmation. Modifications and cancellations (for bookings made on this website) can be made online.
6. Cancellation & No Show PolicyIf there is a cancellation of a room reservation less than 2 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total room amount will be charged. Canceling less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or not showing will incur full charge for all rooms reserved.
If there is a cancellation of a tour reservation less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total tour amount will be charged. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date or not showing will incur full charge for all tours reserved.
7. Check in & Check out procedures and Reservation ExtensionsCheck in time is from 2:00 PM, and check out time is by 12:00 PM (noon).
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room before (2pm), we recommend reserving for an early check in. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you do not want to reserve, you can have your luggage kept in our store room.
- Late check out until: 18:00: 50% of the room rate are charged
- Late check out after: 18:00: 100% of the room rate are charged
- Early check in: 100% of the room rate are charged
8. Others:
- Papers
Passports & visa or identity card are compulsory to register at the Police station in order to stay at our hotel. Please show & leave papers at the Reception.
- Visitors
According to the local laws & regulations, visitors should kindly leave the guestroom by 9:00PM. Visitors are not permitted to enter a guestroom unless properly registered at Front Desk.

- Security
The hotel is guarded 24 hours a day by security personnel. However, we advise all guests who are contact in the room by a stranger or any person not agreed to call the reception (Extension: 100)
- Animals
Animals are not allowed in the hotel.
- Safety
Explosive, any kinds of weapon or inflammable materials are not allowed in rooms.
Smoking in bed is not allowed
- Reimbursement Responsibility
Any damage to the furniture or equipment done by guest in the room, the guest will have to reimburse according to the present market price
Any damage to guests’ property done by the hotel, the hotel will have to compensate.
